Spark Air Final User Service Terms

I. General Provisions and Applicability

1. Confirmation of contract capacity: You solemnly declare and guarantee that when you first activate this service, you have reached 18 years of age.

2. Applicable Scope: The effectiveness of this agreement extends to current and future modules, services, and policies on the Spark Air platform.

3. Multi-language Text Statement: The English version of this agreement is the only legally binding official text.

II. Account Registration, Security, and Maintenance

1. Certificate Custody Obligation: You are responsible for prudently keeping your Spark Air account login credentials.

2. Login Method: We only offer the mobile SMS verification code as the login channel.

III. Service Use Norms and Code of Conduct

Any information generated, uploaded, published, or forwarded on the Spark Air platform, including text, voice, images, videos, and other content, content sent to other users through instant messaging, private messages, or group chats, and broadcast screens, on-mic voice, and real-time interaction content in live broadcast rooms, must not contain or present the following content:

• Information that violates relevant laws and administrative regulations.
• Content that defames, insults, harasses, threatens, or infringes on others' legitimate rights and interests.
• Content that portrays bloody violence, vulgar pornography, online gambling, or harmful values.
• Content that intentionally infringes on any third party's civil rights.
• Behaviors that disrupt, destroy, or steal service operating data.
• Other remarks and actions deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.

For any accounts or content violating the above norms, we reserve the right to block, restrict, delist, or delete such content.

IV. Data Security and Personal Privacy

Safeguarding your information assets and online privacy is our core compliance standard.

V. Intellectual Property and User Authorization

1. Ownership Rights: All product elements provided by and presented in this service are owned by Spark Air.

2. No Transfer of Authorization: Your use of this service does not imply that we transfer intellectual property rights to you.

VIII. Disclaimer and Liability Scope

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we hereby declare:

1. This service is delivered as is and as available.

2. Our team does not bear compensation responsibility for direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure or third-party factors.

IX. Compensation and Indemnification Clauses

If your violation causes claims, penalties, litigation, or investigations, you agree to bear the resulting losses and expenses.

X. Agreement Amendments and Notices

1. Prompt Revision: We reserve the right to modify individual terms of this agreement at any time.

2. Announcement Delivery: The revised agreement text will be deemed effectively delivered upon announcement.

3. Continuous Binding Force: Continuing to use this service after terms change means that you accept the revised version.

XII. Virtual Coins, In-App Purchases (IAP), and Gifting

This app provides virtual coin recharge, Apple In-App Purchases, and virtual gifting features.

1. Legal Nature and Usage Boundaries of Virtual Coins

Platform coins are virtual consumables.

Coins can only be used on this platform.

Coins cannot be transferred between accounts.

2. Recharge Channels and Payment Rules

Purchases are completed through Apple IAP.

Apple handles payment and refund processing.

Coins are normally credited after payment.

3. Minor Restrictions

The platform is only available to adults.

Guardians may request refund assistance.

4. Gift Consumption Explanation
